English after Russian.

Seda Asuevna Dudarkaeva, the daughter of the then head of the Chechen Federal Migration Service, has given birth to two sons in Syria. The patronymics of both of the children is given as Umarovich (“son of Umar”).

The information about Seda Asuevna Dudarkaeva and her children appears on a list of Russian-speaking women and children in Syria and Iraq whose relatives in Russia are seeking them.

On 23 May 2013, Seda and a friend flew from Mineralnye Vody to Turkey and from there crossed the border into Syria. As I wrote previously, there were rumors that Seda had married Umar Shishani in 2014, after the death of her first husband (and the reason she went to Syria in the first place), Abu Abdullakh Shishani (Khamzat Akhishvili) was killed in Syria. Abu Abdullakh, a close associate of Umar who was also from Pankisi but who had lived most of his life in Austria, was killed on 22 July 2013 (Seda didn’t spend much time with him!) during the assault on Menagh Airbase in Aleppo (incidentally, many Russian-speaking fighters from Jaish al-Muhajireen wal-Ansar were killed in this operation, some who survived quit afterwards and it led to criticism from others of Umar’s tactics as a military commander).

In any case,  in December 2013, as I wrote earlier, an audio recording  translated into Russian from Arabic was shared on social media — it is an answer given by a scholar from Medina criticizing Umar with regard to Seda. The recording provided the following information: that at the time it was made, or the time the question it answered was posed, Seda was living with the women in the jamaat and the period of her Iddah (four lunar months and ten days of mourning during which she cannot remarry) had passed.

In October 2014, Abu Abdullakh’s mother told the media that Seda had married Umar Shishani.

Anyway, the list gives the date of birth of Seda’s first son, Ibragim Umarovich, as 7 March 2015. That means, in October 2014 when Abu Abdullakh’s mother claimed Seda had married Umar, the Seda named on the list was already pregnant. Assuming that there are not two Seda Asuevna Dudarkaevas in Syria, and that the Umar who is the father of Seda’s children was Umar Shishani, we can gather that Umar married Seda soon after her Iddah was finished.

If the details on the list are accurate, Seda’s second son Abdullakh Umarovich, was born on 11 January 2017. Umar Shishani was killed in July 2016, so Abdullakh’s father could also have been Umar Shishani.

So in summary, there is a Seda Asuevna Dudarkaeva in Syria who has had two children, the father of both is named as Umar. The Seda Asuevna Dudarkaeva who went to Syria in May 2013 and married Abu Abdullakh who was killed a couple of months later, is rumored to have married Umar Shishani, Abu Abdullakh’s close friend in Syria. The dates of birth of the children mean that Umar Shishani could be their father but this has not been confirmed (neither has the story that Umar married Seda, but let’s see if I can find any more information on that). So please don’t extrapolate any more than that.
